We machine Polizene® polyethylenes (PE-UHMW, PE-HMW, PE-HD), POM C, PET, nylon (PA 6, PA 6G, PA 66 and filled grades), PVC, polypropylene, PTFE, PEEK and polycarbonate, as well as glass-epoxy laminate, Bakelite and polyurethane rubbers. Data sheets are in our engineering plastics catalogue.
Yes. Starting from the customer’s drawing we handle prototyping and production, in small or large batches. For prototypes, functional parts and small series we also offer resin and filament 3D printing, with high-detail technical resins and materials such as PLA, ABS and nylon.
Besides custom machining, our catalogue includes levelling feet, slat chains and modular belts, chain guide profiles in Polizene 1000, conveyor belt components, roller track profiles and special rubber machining. See the products and materials page.
We make plastic components mainly for the bottling, packaging and automation industries, and we work for sectors such as automotive, construction, composites, fibres, film, medical, pipes, rigid packaging, moulding, wires and cables. It depends on how the part will work: loads and wear, friction and sliding, operating temperature, contact with water or chemicals, required tolerances and budget. As a rule, UHMW-PE suits guides and sliding parts, POM C precise mechanical parts, PTFE and PEEK high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments.
