Virgin polyethylene with an ultra-high molecular weight of 9.2 – 10.5 million g/mol. With G-LUB, SNAP offers a new high-performance material with exceptional properties for dry running. It has been specifically developed for material handling applications and automation technologies. Compared to conventional sliding materials, systems equipped with G-LUB require far less energy. G-LUB’s significantly lower coefficient of friction almost completely eliminates the possibility of stick-slip effect and therefore increases process stability.
