Polizene® 1000 (Polyethylene 1000) PE-UHMW

Product details

PE 1000, a high molecular weight polizene, offers excellent impact and wear resistance, a non-stick surface, a low coefficient of friction, good chemical resistance and good resistance to very low temperatures. It is widely used to line chutes, for parts subject to impact and wear, for chain guides and conveying equipment, and for components in the chemical industry, electroplating and laboratory plants. Suitable for contact with food products in accordance with Directive 2002/72/EC BfR and FDA, and suitable for drinking water in accordance with KTW.

Operating temperature: from -250°C to +80°C
